Items available on the website may NOT be available in our catalog.

Items on this site may require proof of age.

No returns after 10 days; all returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept international orders on firearms.

Items left in shopping carts will be cleared in seven days.

A charge of $4.50 for an adult signature is required on any orders which include a firearm.  This charge is only added once per order, regardless of the number of guns.

Orders placed before Noon CST will usually ship the following business day by 1 P.M.

We ship using both UPD and USPS Priority Mail, depending upon items being ordered; all ammunition must be shipped UPS.  Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will always ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Packages larger than the allowable dimensions or weight of the USPS will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Backordered items will be shipped out as soon as possible.  To check on item availability, please call.

Shipping charges will be applied when your order is processed through APV.


We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, DIscover and Paypal.

Personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are also accepted. When paying with one of these methods, please contact APV for an exact total before mailing payment by emailing us at info@apvarms.com.

Purchasing a Firearm From Us

Add your selected firearm(s) to your shopping cart and check out.

Your or your dealer will need to send us a copy of the dealers's FFL and also include your APV order number.  You can send this via mail or email us at FFL@apvarms.com.

Pick up your firearm from the FFL dealer, who will need to do a background check before the transfer.  Transfer fees may apply.

About FFL Dealers

An FFL dealer has completed the necessary paperwork, fees, and background checks to maintain a Federal Firearms License (FFL).  Any business that sells firearms must have an FFL, but not all dealers do transfers.

There are thousands of FFL dealers in the United States.  Check your local yellow pages for gun shop and pawn shops to locate one.  The dealer will usually charge a fee to conduct the transfer.  Fees can vary so check with the FFL dealer ahead of time to verify that they do transfers, and how much they charge.

Shipping Information

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt, although it may take up to 4 business days to ship some orders, depending on factors such as how busy the warehouse is at any given time, etc.  Occasionally an item may be out of stock.  As our stock is replenished, any item that is not on hand usually will be back in stock between 1 and 4 days.  In this situation you may experience a brief delay in shipping your order, but all orders generally ship within 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded).  In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within that time, we will notify you.

Every order is equally important to us, and we ship every order out just as quickly as we can.  However, if you must have your merchandise by a certain date, we suggest you place the order early enough to avoid disappointment if your merchandise does not arrive on time.  We do not accept returns of shipments because they did not arrive by a certain date.

If your item contains multiple items, and 1 or 2 are not on hand, we will usually ship your order, and then ship the other items within 2-4 days when they are available again.  In this case, you will not be charged any extra shipping charges for the 2nd shipment.

All shipping costs are calculated in real time in the shopping cart at the time of checkout.  You will always know your shipping costs when you place your order.  

​Damaged Shipments

Over 99% of our shipments arrive to the customer safe and sound.  However occasionally items in s ahipment are damaged in transit.  All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping, and professionally packed using high strength corrugated boxes and appropriate fill materials.  If you receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.  This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection.  As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know.  If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s).  As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 23-48 hours) we will ship out your replacement items.
